Antonio Brown’s Florida mansion is available now

The 13,000-square-foot lakefront estate in Odessa, Florida, was turned over as part of Brown's bankruptcy settlement and is now listed at just under $4 million with amenities that match its size.

A lakefront estate in Odessa, Florida, that once belonged to former NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown has been listed for sale at just under $4 million. The property, situated along Lake Keystone, hit the market on Wednesday and is being held by Nicholas Buchanan of Smith and Associates Real Estate.

Brown surrendered the home as part of a settlement agreement filed with the court in December 2025, with the proceeds going toward satisfying debts owed to his creditors. He had originally purchased the property in 2021. In May 2024, Brown announced he would be filing for bankruptcy, with court records indicating he owed nearly $3 million across eight creditors.

What Brown’s 13,000 square feet actually looks like

The estate spans more than 13,000 square feet and includes six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Climate-controlled garage space accommodates up to 11 vehicles, a detail that alone sets the property apart from most listings at any price point.

Inside, the home opens with soaring ceilings, a sweeping winding staircase and a two-story wall of clerestory windows that draw in natural light and frame unobstructed views of the lake. The scale of the entry makes an impression before a single room has been explored.

The kitchen is built around professional-grade appliances, including a gas Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, custom wood cabinetry, twin dishwashers, a built-in Miele coffee system and a wine cooler. A separate suite includes its own coffee bar and a spa-inspired bathroom, effectively functioning as a private retreat within the larger home.

The Brown’s outdoor space carries its own appeal

Outside, a pool and spa overlook the lake directly, and a private dock provides access to the water for boating or other activities. The combination of pool, spa, lake frontage and dock gives the property an outdoor living setup that would be difficult to replicate at a comparable price in the Tampa Bay area.

The listing also notes more than 2,000 square feet of unfinished space, giving any buyer the opportunity to configure that portion of the home however they choose. Whether that becomes a home theater, a gym, additional guest quarters or something else entirely depends entirely on who ends up with the keys.

A high-profile property with complicated history

Brown’s financial troubles became public in 2024 when he filed for bankruptcy protection, disclosing debts to nearly a dozen creditors totaling close to $3 million. The Lake Keystone estate was among the assets identified during those proceedings, and its transfer was formalized through the court settlement filed late last year.

Brown had a turbulent final stretch to his NFL career, which ended after a series of controversies, including an on-field incident during a January 2022 game in which he removed his jersey and left the field mid-game while playing for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Since leaving the league, he has remained a consistent presence in tabloid coverage and on social media, though his off-field story has been defined more by legal and financial difficulties than anything resembling a quiet retirement.

The Odessa listing adds another chapter to that story, putting one of the more tangible symbols of his peak earning years back on the open market. For the right buyer, it is a genuinely impressive property. For Brown, it is another piece of a complicated past that is officially someone else’s to deal with.
