For two full decades, Wade and Haslem waited. They eventually went out and bought their own Bentleys because Shaq simply never delivered. Then, just this past week ā 20 years later ā Shaq finally made good on his word. Sort of. Wade revealed the two received remote-control Bentleys, not the luxury vehicles they had imagined as championship-hungry 24-year-olds.
Wade laughed it off, but the message was clear ā Shaq is a man of his word, just on a very, very delayed timeline.
